Notaries help to form legal relationships and mediate between the interests of individuals or organizations. They certify signatures and other documents and notarize unilateral declarations and contracts in real estate, commercial, corporate and association, family and inheritance law.

The notarial certification of declarations and contracts is required by law for many legal transactions that are important for the parties involved, in particular in real estate, commercial, corporate and association, family and inheritance law.

Notaries draw up deeds that can be enforced in the same way as a final court decision.
